#1. Your hydraulic filters are under those plates. You could start by changing them. There is only one pump. Make sure the linkage in your pedals is not wore to where it is not fully engaging those valves. Ran one of those things for 20 years and never had any hydraulic problems other than filters and that air cooled motor.
The pump pulls oil through the outer holes on the filter through the larger center hole up to the pump. Then as you sit in your loader and you look at the foot valve, there is a hose on the left side that comes out of the floor and then to the relay valve.
