Hi everybody, Same machine, 2008 262C cat. The quick attach hydraulics decided not to work today. When I first got this they seemed to work fine. I unlocked and re-locked the bucket several times. Today I was trying to attach my new forks and I could not get them to work. I can see the main lock hose move when I try to lock them. Just purchased a 2008 289c with quick attach. I tried switching the relays didn't make any difference. A user asks how to fix a coupler that does not fully disengage without a hammer. Another user suggests disassembly and inspection for possible fouling, corrosion or bending.

Has anyone ever have a problem with caterpillar hydraulic quick connects? I cant get one of the bucket pins to release. I can see the actuator move about 75% and just stop.

The problem is when I uncouple and attachment the ram does not work. It's like it's stuck and won't move to uncouple the attachment.
