From my experience it performs well with typical overgrowth - grass, saplings, etc but doesn't do well with thick tall grass as it tends to bog down and knock the grass down instead of cutting it. I would tilt the pushmower up and come down on the tall grass. Basically run the muchers the same way on large stuff. The fecon we run has 50" cutting width but the whole attachment is as wide as the tracked skidsteer.
