Repairing leaking hydraulic hoses and replacing metal hoses with rubber to final drive on 420 ct.Oil leaks from hydraulic cylinder - Change cylinder piston seals. Low hydraulic oil level - Need to add oil. Hydraulic control valve is unadjusted or worn - Adjust correctly or repair. 1) Take out of drive, placing it in neutral. 2) Drain remaining fuel. 2a) Test fuel lines? 2b) Replace spark plugs? 3) Change engine oil & filter. 4) Reinstall radiator and replace fluid.

When I got the machine the Hyds sounded terrible and the Oil looked even worse. I changed the Oil and Filters and the above Drive Motor. 15 Years later it still sounds as bad .

The Oil always has some Foam on the Top of the Tank. Any ideas? Next Question.
