Hi Guys Trying to help my son diagnose a 2015 CAT 259D with 2092 hrs, serial FTL03587. Initial symptom was no crank due to low battery, jump started and ran all day. Drove it onto trailer and off trailer into the shop and next start attempt was a no crank with the E459-2 code. Charged battery . Machine Info: CATERPILLAR 259D 2015 FTL05838 The Right Track on the CAT skid steer stopped moving a few days ago. It was throwing a (Right Drive Motor Speed Sensor #1 Abnormal Frequency, Pulse Width Code) This code was on for a few days prior to it stopping. It gets sluggish after running for about 20-30 min, fuel separator was half full, and priming pump blew fuse, changed fuse and the priming pump, have blown fuel lines to/from tank (no bloackage), now, no power to primer pump connection, checked ground side also, no problem there. Seems like no.
I am also having the "Low System Voltage" issue with my CAT 299D2. I don't know what exactly went wrong, but I guess most likely the alternator.
