John Deere no longer sell all the parts to rebuild the brakes inside the hydraulic motor. Both motors need to be replace in order to have emergency brake. The best you can do is drain the tank, re-fill and replace the filters then run the machine, lift tilt, drive etc. Shut down, then drain and re-fill the system. Unloaded a load, then went 1/2 mile to next field, boom will lift and tilt empty, but as soon as you try to lift a bale, it won't lift. Hydraulic oil level is where it should be, and I changed the filter, but that didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks. If the machine can run for a minute I'd top the oil and lift the arms. If it doesn't lift, there's the leak. If the leak isn't in the lift arms I don't think it'll be easy to lift with another loader, hydraulic oil will lock up movement. Good luck and stay safe!
I have a 320 skid steer that is having a Hydraulic issue. I can release the park brake and the machine will drive properly, but the bucket will not curl or the boom will not raise or lower. If you make the machine bounce it will start working. What could be the cause for this? Just to add to the conversation, another problem I had was a fuse on the panel inside the cab under the throttle lever kept blowing. After digging a while I found out it was a solonoid in the hydraulic block for the foot pedals. Mechanics have tested and rechecked everything time and time again and can't find anything wrong with the main hydraulic pump or anything else.
