If the piston seals are leaking, oil will flow past and the arms will lower, if you start to lift, the extra oil will push against the piston more than it's leaking making it lift as it should. Video #1 audio has a horrible squeaking in the linkage. So when it moves and you have to hold one or both of the control arms back or forward this is most likely your problem. I've never used the auxilary hydraulics, so not sure if they're working, although when I push the pedals it doesn't seem as if the motor is under any load.
