The snowblower is way to slow, and yes it has the correct flow rate for the fluid. With the plow, when snow builds up in front of the plow it forces the machine to the opposite of the direction its angled. The only thing with the bucket is you have to dump the bucket off to the side of the lane your clearing. Save. A bit off topic to your question above BUT: we added factory wings to a fisher 8.5 HD2 before last season so our backup plow was more than a lawn ornament. Factory fisher wings were about 1800 then. Plow is now 10’4” scoop with steel trips on the wings. Haven’t used a ton-it’s a backup. Everyone who has used it loves it. Really all the plow needs from the truck is inputs. 12v and control circuits. The problem may be the amps required from the alternator/battery of the SS. If you dont want to make it ever go on a truck again i would remove the pump and connect it to the SS hydraulics. Just connect the valve body input to the output on the SS. BMWSTUD25. 675 posts
The 773 will have no problem pushing a 8' skid steer. A 10' backhoe model is a whole lot heavier and sticks out futher sinces your are mounting it to the bucket not the skid plate. Which is reducing the skid loaders lifting capacity. 2008 Bobcat A300 with 8' plow & Westside Tire 22.5 snow tires . 48 STATES ON THIS SKID STEER SNOW .
